Payments are processed securely by third-party processors. Boletary does not store full credit or debit card numbers.
We may cancel or reject transactions for:
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Violation of organizer or platform policies
4. Event Access and Entry
Your ticket grants you access to an event subject to organizer and venue policies. Boletary is not responsible for:
  • Refusal of entry by organizer or venue
  • Access restrictions due to safety, age limits, or regulations
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
Organizers and venues make final admission decisions.
5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated:
  • All ticket sales are final
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Boletary does not guarantee organizer approval of refund requests
Refunds or credits may apply only when:
  • The event is officially canceled by the organizer

  • The organizer authorizes refunds under their policy
Organizer-specific rules prevail.
6. Resale or Transfer of Tickets
Ticket transfers or resales must comply with:
  • Applicable U.S. laws and local regulations
  • Organizer restrictions
  • Anti-fraud verification requirements
Unauthorized resale or automated purchasing may lead to:
  • Ticket invalidation
  • Account suspension or cancellation
  • Legal consequences
7. Event Changes
Organizers may modify or cancel events at their discretion, including:
  • Venue changes
  • Performance changes
  • Safety rules or admission requirements
  • Seating modifications
  • Event rescheduling or reformatting
Boletary assumes no responsibility for changes initiated by organizers.
8. Platform Fees and Charges
Certain purchases may include charges such as:

  • Delivery or handling fees
All such fees are generally non-refundable, including when events are postponed or modified.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
  • Tamper with ticket integrity or barcode features
  • Use automated software to acquire tickets
  • Circumvent identification or entry requirements
  • Submit fraudulent payment information
  • Conduct abusive, illegal, or disruptive activity
Accounts may be terminated for violations.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and branding is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
You may not:
  • Copy or exploit platform content
  • Reverse engineer any component
  • Use Boletary branding without authorization
11. Third-Party Services
Boletary relies on third-party service providers including:

Use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
12. Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers, not Boletary, are solely responsible for:
  • Event quality and performance
  • Admission and attendance rules
  • Venue safety and security
  • Seating assignments
  • Postponements or cancellations
Boletary acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not a promoter or event operator.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Boletary.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted website availability
  • Accuracy of event listings
  • Event quality, safety, or attendee experience
  • Performance or availability of third-party services
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law, Boletary is not liable for:
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Lost, stolen, or invalidated tickets
  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
  • Personal injury or damage occurring at events
  • Unauthorized account use
  • Third-party service failures
Where liability cannot be waived by law, Boletary’s maximum liability is limited exclusively to the original ticket purchase price, and only where legally refundable.
