4. Event Access and Entry

Refusal of entry by organizer or venue

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

Organizers and venues make final admission decisions.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refunds or credits may apply only when:

The event is officially canceled by the organizer

Boletary acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not a promoter or event operator.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Boletary.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted website availability
Accuracy of event listings
Event quality, safety, or attendee experience
Performance or availability of third-party services

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law, Boletary is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or invalidated tickets
Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
